First of all, the butter has such a awful fragrance personally I didn’t liked it as I don’t want it to use anymore and a lip butter should be smooth in texture but it has granules in their butter! I order the scrub too and to be honest their is not such a difference between the scrub and the butter!! The 2 stars are only for the nourishment and the tint!

Need to be more improved with colour tone

Worst experience ever, I ordered lip balm and I got a lip scrub which I never wanted as I had enough, my money is wasted as cudnt return or replace the item as th phn number given is always switched off and no one reply on the email.cheat company. Don't u knw th difference between lip butter and lip scrub . On this email also u hv acknowledge tht I hv ordered a lip butter then why th hell hv u sent a scrub , just to tke my money. Truly speaking ths way u wil nvr be succesful n loose al ur customers. Unacceptable, I order al products online, hv never faced ths kind of experience. Horrible. Atleast send th right product bfre askng fr a feedback

I have ordered some product under offer of buy 2 get 2 free 1 lip mask 1 blue berry mask 1 face wash and 1 soufflé and the soufflé was of 100g but when the order is delivered the soufflé was just 10g it is an literally and fraud where you lie with me and i am so disapointed with you and i am not gonna order anything from that Incident from your site although i like the ikkai product
